GSMSharing uses a Credits system for premium features such as unlocking repair job bids, boosting listings, and accessing exclusive file packages. This page explains how Credits work, how to purchase them, and what payment methods are available.
How Credits Work
Buy Once, Use Anytime
Purchase a Credit bundle and spend them whenever you need. Credits never expire and stay in your account until used.
Escrow Protection
When you hire a technician, Credits are held securely in escrow and released only when the job is complete and you approve.
Earn Credits Back
Technicians and contributors earn Credits through completed jobs, quality content, and community engagement.
Non-Transferable
Credits are tied to your account and cannot be cashed out or transferred to another user.

Supported Payment Methods
We currently support the following payment options. All transactions are processed securely by our payment partners.

Refund Policy
All Credit purchases are final and non-refundable except in the following cases:
- A technical fault on our side prevented Credits from being added to your account after a successful payment.
- A duplicate charge was applied in error.
To request a refund under one of these conditions, contact us within 14 days of the transaction date with your order reference.
Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible on the blockchain. Refunds for crypto purchases, where applicable, will be issued as Credits rather than a return of cryptocurrency.
Payment Security
GSMSharing does not store your card number, CVV, or bank account details. All sensitive payment data is handled exclusively by our PCI-DSS compliant payment partners. Connections to our checkout pages are encrypted with TLS 1.2+.
If you suspect a fraudulent transaction, contact us immediately and report it to your payment provider.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do Credits expire?
No. Credits remain in your account until you use them. There is no expiry date.
Can I transfer Credits to another account?
Credits are non-transferable. They are tied to the account that purchased them.
What happens to my Credits if I delete my account?
Unused Credits will be forfeited upon account deletion. We recommend spending them before deleting your account.
Why is crypto the only payment method right now?
Our platform serves a global audience, many of whom prefer crypto for its accessibility and low fees. We are integrating card payments and wallets as quickly as possible.
How do I check my Credit balance?
Log in and visit Account → Credits to see your current balance and purchase history.
What currencies does the crypto option accept?
